How do I collect photos at my event?
Create your event, share the QR code or link, and guests upload straight from their phones. All photos appear in one private gallery.
How does face recognition work?
Guests upload a selfie once. Our AI matches appearances so each person privately receives photos they are in.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Everything works on the web. Guests scan the QR or open your link and start uploading in seconds.
Can I invite a professional photographer?
Yes. Add your photographer to the event—original quality uploads are supported and appear alongside guest photos.
Can I download and share albums?
Hosts can enable HD downloads, share public or invite-only links, and export albums after the event.

Billing & Payments

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
How do I view my invoices?
Go to your account settings and select "Billing" to view and download invoices.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your billing settings. Your access will remain until the end of the billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support for assistance.

What browsers are supported?
Fotofi works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Please email tryfotofi@gmail.com with a detailed description and screenshots if possible.
Why am I not receiving emails from Fotofi?
Check your spam folder and ensure that tryfotofi@gmail.com is added to your contacts.

How is my data protected?
We use encryption in transit and at rest. Face-matching data is handled securely and galleries can be invite-only or password protected.
